What We Do
Business Growth
It takes lot of effort to build a successful business, but by following what other people have done to create success you can make it a lot easier for yourself.
At cBPE we have great experience that we use in helping businesses to be successful. This experience comes from our clients businesses, our own past and present businesses, our work as business directors and keeping our ears close to the ground to what’s working in other sectors. This business acumen is applied wholesale to help our cleints grow their own businesses.
Our method is stategic in the sense that we focus on the things that matter and are going to make the most difference. This is easier said than done because picking out the things that matter is not obvious but of course our experience and business acumen makes light work of that.
With cBPE working to support your business we bring you our years of experience about how to manage different types of people, different personality styles, in order to help your business to succeed, to prosper, to grow.

New NHS Contacts
The new NHS contract will be based around:
1) Registration – restoration of the right of registration so that patients have a dentist that they can keep on coming to.
2) Capitation – Dentists will be paid according to the number of patients that they are providing care for. A capitation formula is to be developed which recognises the different dental needs of the population i.e. elderly patients usually require more restorative work than child patients who require more check ups.
3) Quality – The development of a system whereby dentists make a detailed record of the oral health of their patients and monitor over time the progress they make in enhancement of their oral healthcare
The new contract will have three main objectives:
- improve the quality of patient care
- increase access to NHS dental services
- improve oral health, especially the oral health of children
As a result, and for the first time, dentists will be rewarded for the quality of care they deliver for patients rather than the number of treatments carried out. These reforms form part of the government’s wider plans to modernise the NHS with a focus on improving quality of care and patient outcomes.
It will be structured to reward dentists for the continuity and quality of care provided to patients, as opposed to the number of treatments undertaken.
Team & Team Growth
Would it help if you understood the individuals in your team and what they were good at? Would it help if they had their needs written on their foreheads?
For example, if one of your team is good with people while another enjoys dealing with details, would you perhaps re-consider the tasks assigned to either? Or if one wanted more independence while another needed more support, would you manage them differently? Would it make your team more effective and your business more efficient and profitable?
At cBPE.org our fundamental belief is that no matter how good your product or service, the performance of the business is directly related to the performance of the the people in the business. So our aim is to ensure that you understand what tasks each of your team members is comfortable with and that they individually receive the right amount of management support . But the problem is that your people do not have their likes and dislikes or their needs written on their foreheads.
We have a solution: we use the DiSC behavioural style model as the tool that gives you all the answers. This is not about uncovering skeletons in the cupboard: it’s about valuing each team member for what they are good at and raising the performance of the team as a whole.
Getting the most out of your team is so fundamental to raising your business game that we normally carry out behavioural style assessments with a team building workshop as the first process in a client engagement.
