My Mission

My mission is to support dental practice owners to create the businesses they want and help them and their teams to reach their true potential and deliver impressive results.

I believe that whilst each and every dental practice is unique, the challenges they face are not, and the solutions required are broadly similar. What we have done at cBPE is identified, modelled and bottled what successful dental practices do. This wealth of knowledge, skill and experience provides a platform from which you can understand and relate to the opportunities and challenges of your individual practice environment.

One of my core motivators is understanding the importance of being a lifelong learner. I firmly believe that you can achieve any goal you set yourself by learning the skills, knowledge and mindset required to achieve that goal, this means you can adapt to any situation you find yourself in and ultimately be, do and have whatever you want.

My pragmatic approach to business coaching is an effective and elegant way of getting to the heart of any issue and helping you identify strategic solutions that address both the people and process aspects of developing, implementing and embedding change.

By us working together, you will develop the mindset, motivation, knowledge and skills to think, feel and behave like a successful business owner. My challenge to you is – Are you up for it?

About me

I have over 30 years of operational, management and leadership experience in the construction and environmental management sectors.

By profession I am a Chartered Civil Engineer, my last decade in the corporate world was spent in national leadership roles in a £500m pa business. I managed several strategic aspects of the business, including business process re-engineering, introducing bench marking and performance management systems and organisational restructuring. Also led on team and leadership development. My last project was the successful delivery of a £60m investment programme.

In more recent years, my professional business coaching and training practice has improved the performance of many SME’s and management teams. As a business owner, I know how challenging running a business can be at times.

As a coach I have a passion for developing business leaders and their teams to create successful companies. I am approachable, open, and motivated. I am a good listener and have the right questions to help you get control of your business back and put you on track for future business success. My enthusiasm and energy is infectious and I am also fun to be around! Honest!

Now for the academic bit, , I have an MBA from a leading business school – Henley Management College, and I am also a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management.

Inspiring business owners, their teams and the individuals to perform at their best is my forte and I have formal qualifications in mentoring, coaching, NLP and value management.
